One of the most common questions I get asked is who did I study my Life Coaching course through.....⠀
And I proudly say with the hugest smile on my face @bycacademy . I find it so hard to put my thoughts and feelings about it into words.... but it usually goes something like this...⠀
It is SO MUCH MORE than just a life coaching course, @julesyparker (head trainer) is such an epic human being with so much love, guidance and grace - I just love everything about her and it is sprinkled through every aspect of the course. ⠀
The course changed my life, I have met life long 'like minded' soulies, started my business @jenna__maree and learnt more about me and how I want to show up in my own life than I even thought was possible. ⠀
They run three courses a year and they sell out months in advance, with the next one starting in May BY have announced their final places ---eeekkkk! Which means if you have been thinking about it, it is probably your intuition saying PLEASSSEEEE. Mine was for quite some time before I took the leap and signed up. (hello limiting beliefs)⠀
So now to the exciting news, if you are feeling the pull and sign up through me I want to offer you my 'Complete Three Month Coaching Package' for FREE + some bonuses 🙊 which allows you to put towards your own certification once graduated! ⠀
If you are like me, I needed to speak to someone and ask questions before I took the leap and clicked sign up. So MSG me straight away and I will call you tomorrow so we can chat and you can ask me anything on your mind so your heart and soul know you are making the right decision - after all thats where we should be making all our decisions from isn't it?⠀
Any questions or to book in a free chat tomorrow msg me and I will get back to you asap.⠀
One last thing, before I signed up I was dealing with my heart saying yes please and my ego saying ALL the fear based thoughts so I asked myself - how would I feel if I DON'T sign up for this now? - My heart started racing and I felt uneasy - I knew this was real and now it was time I took action. ⠀

This is your moment.
Life can be incredibly busy; to-do lists grow and we rush from one thing to another on autopilot to fit everything in.
In this rush it’s easy to lose control of our thoughts, focusing on things that have happened or that we have to do, rather than noticing what’s happening in the here and now.
This can mean that not only do you become disconnected from what is going on around you, but you can become disconnected from yourself and not realise how your thoughts are impacting on how you’re feeling.
Unmanaged this can lead to some negative effects for your health, raising stress, anxiety and even contribute to you feeling low and not yourself.
Being mindful is simply being aware of what is happening right now and not wishing it were different.
By doing this consciously and non-judgmentally, it helps us view our thoughts, feelings and situation with more clarity. We’re not clouded by the past or worrying about the future.
To find out how you can become more mindful and how it can help with many areas of your health, like managing stress and anxiety, we're delighted to have the extremely helpful words of the fantastic Dr Katie Amelia - @drkatieamelia , Dr Katie Joyce - @drkatiejoyce , Dr Helen Garr - @thewellbeinggp and Dr Faiza Khalid - @thelifestylemedic
...In the form of a simple guide explaining how to be mindful. Along with breaking down what mindfulness is and how it help you. They've detailed some easy-to-follow examples to help you get started and allow you to spend more time living in the moment.
