I can’t even believe it. April 20th last year was @chaserumler very last day at his JOB. Making the choice to burn plan B was not an easy one. It was however the best decision we could have made.
Removing all fear and not having a backup plan we grabbed the key and got to work with our friends @laneywahl and @dwahlman
Some choices are hard yes but you have to know that if you want something bad enough you will make it happen. If you work hard enough it will be incredible but if you let your excuses run your life you will stay stuck!
Our first month in business we doubled our income and served an average of 17 people. This is our 11th month in business and we serve over 100 people a day🍾 It is wild to look back and think of all the people that told us to be “realistic” and that told us we needed a backup plan just in case. We went off of pure passion, our dreams and the fact that we believe in ourselves so fiercely we knew we wouldn’t fail💎

@dnitz77 surprised us with a #CGGames workout this morning! Since I’ve been nursing my tendon and working on endurance stuff my SAQ is out the window in the gutter somewhere 😂😭 Gotta get it back! Today was rock solid training with some hardcore folks 💪🧡 (Side note: been gettin’ some mileage out of my one photo from #BB50K — turns out it’s amazingly meme-able 😜)
I have an issue with anyone who’s trying to keep someone who I deem my enemy in a good position. Where I’m from, if you have an issue with one guy and someone keeps standing next to them...just hit them too. 🦍

Diet: a gimmick to help you loose weight temporarily "I have tried every diet" is all too common of a phrase. 🛑dieting ✅ making tiny adjustments to your eating habits until they become consistent

JR: wasn't always and isn't always but it has become a lifestyle and not just because I have studied and certified, but because I FEEL IT EVERY DAY
Once you feel the difference healthy eating makes in your body, you don't have the desire to go back.
Start small today-- ✅ limit soda and sugary beverages and drink more water
1. Define your limit - if you drink 5 sodas a day, limit it to 4 this week.
2. Buy a great water bottle and take it with you EVERYWHERE. Refill it.
